The proven technology of isoplus pipes is ideally suited for use in onshore oil pipelines. The polyurethane insulation on our pipes guarantees not only excellent thermal insulation but also the additional mechanical protection of the pipes. In pre-insulated pipelines, high oil temperatures can be maintained; the oil remains at a constant viscosity and can be pumped in an energy-efficient and cost-effective way. There are particularly strict levels of quality and safety standards in the oil business. Frequently, coated steel pipes are used as a medium pipe (i.e. epoxy/PP coatings). The polyurethane insulation and the polyethylene jacket protect the coatings of these primary medium pipes against mechanical damage. The integrated network monitoring system enables constant monitoring of the pipeline. In the event of damage occurring, the pipes can be accessed quickly and efficiently.
